02. Return Conditions
Requests for consumer credit must be initiated inside a specific 60-day window from your initial package arrival verification.
Buyers are requested to ship back all related ingredient containers, whether completely full, partially consumed, or empty, to our fulfillment station.
Please notice that original dispatch and logistics management fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final settlement balance.
All processed refunds are issued systematically back to the original funding option or bank card selected at checkout.
03. Settlement Period
